Voyotrip is looking for an organised and responsible professional to monitor every customer enquiry, ensure timely quotations and maintain consistent follow-up quality across the sales team.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor every lead stage-by-stage through the CRM—from initial enquiry until booking confirmation or closure.
- Ensure leads are moved to the correct CRM stage with complete notes and supporting details.
- Identify unattended leads, missed calls and overdue follow-ups and take immediate action.
- Escalate leads that remain unattended or inactive beyond the permitted turnaround time.
- Ensure every new lead is assigned to and contacted by a travel consultant within the required time.
- Monitor all new, active, future-travel, confirmed, lost and cancelled leads.
- Ensure lost or cancelled leads are closed only after recording a valid reason in the CRM.
- Check whether supplier pricing has been requested and received on time.
- Follow up internally on pending supplier rates and escalate delays.
- Verify that the consultant has applied the correct selling price and approved profit margin.
- Ensure the customer receives a complete itinerary and quotation without delay.
- Check whether the itinerary matches the customer’s actual requirements.
- Verify that pricing, inclusions, exclusions, payment terms and quotation validity are clearly mentioned.
- Confirm that the customer has received and acknowledged the itinerary and quotation.
- Monitor whether consultants complete follow-ups on the scheduled dates.
- Check customer calls and communication for quality and professionalism.
- Contact customers when required for feedback and service-quality verification.
- Identify neglected, overdue or poorly handled leads and escalate them to management.
- Update lead status, notes, quotation details and the next follow-up date in the CRM.
- Maintain records of when pricing was requested, received and sent to the customer.
- Prepare daily reports covering unattended leads, pending pricing, delayed quotations, missed follow-ups and stage-wise lead progress.
Candidate Profile
- Strong communication skills in Tamil and English.
- Excellent follow-up, coordination and monitoring abilities.
- Basic knowledge of CRM, WhatsApp, email and MS Office.
- Detail-oriented, organised and accountable.
- Confident in coordinating with consultants, suppliers and customers.
- Previous experience in travel, customer service, telesales or quality monitoring is an advantage.
We're looking for a detail-oriented Travel Accountant to manage and strengthen our financial operations.

- Minimum 3 Years’ Experience in Travel Agency Accounting
- Strong Knowledge of Travel Accounting & Booking Reconciliation
- Airline, Hotel & B2B Supplier Billing and Reconciliation
- Tour File Costing, Sales, Receipts & Profitability Tracking
- Supplier Payments, Customer Receivables & Payables Management
- Refunds, Cancellations, Credit Notes & Supplier Adjustments
- Invoicing, Expense Accounting & Bank Reconciliation
- Strong Knowledge of GST, TDS & Statutory Compliance
- Proficiency in Accounting Software, CRM Systems & Advanced Excel
- MIS, Cash Flow & Management Reporting
- Detail-Oriented, Accountable & Deadline-Driven
