We’re currently hiring
- Minimum 3 years of experience in the travel and tourism industry
- Strong expertise in itinerary building and customised holiday package planning
- Good knowledge of domestic and international destinations, including luxury and experiential travel
- Proficiency in GDS systems, flight bookings, fare calculations, ticketing, and group handling
- Ability to prepare professional quotations and manage complete travel coordination efficiently
- Experience in handling FITs, family holidays, corporate travel, honeymoon packages, and group movements
- Strong communication, sales, negotiation, and customer relationship management skills
- Ability to understand client requirements and deliver personalised travel solutions with attention to detail
- Experience in visa assistance, travel documentation, and operational coordination will be an added advantage
- Capable of working in a fast-paced, service-driven travel environment with professionalism and accountability
- Should be a proactive and reliable team player with a passion for delivering exceptional travel experiences
- Minimum 3 years of experience in travel agency accounting
- Strong knowledge of BSP accounting, airline billing, and BSP reconciliation
- Experience in daily sales reporting, invoicing, and financial documentation
- Ability to manage cash book, payment tracking, and accounting records accurately
- Experience in handling supplier statements, reconciliations, and payment follow-ups
- Knowledge of statement of accounts preparation, outstanding monitoring, and financial reporting
- Familiarity with travel industry accounting procedures, reporting systems, and operational coordination
- Strong attention to detail, organisational ability, and financial accuracy
- Good communication and coordination skills with internal teams and suppliers
- Professional attitude with the ability to work under deadlines and manage responsibilities independently
- Should be a reliable team player with a proactive and responsible approach
