What is Voyotrip's cancellation and refund policy?
We understand that circumstances change — and we approach every cancellation request with the same care and professionalism that defines our service. Our standard cancellation policy is as follows: cancellations made more than 30 days before departure attract a 10% processing charge. Cancellations between 15 and 30 days before departure attract a 25% charge. Cancellations between 7 and 14 days before departure attract a 50% charge. Cancellations within 7 days of departure are non-refundable. Please note that certain components — including airline tickets, visa fees, and specific hotel bookings — may carry their own non-refundable terms as stipulated by third-party providers. All refunds, where applicable, are processed within 10 to 15 working days. For MICE and corporate travel programmes, bespoke cancellation terms are outlined clearly in your service agreement.
