Welcome to Voyotrip. By accessing our website (www.voyotrip.com) or availing any of our travel services, you agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before proceeding. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the customer) and Voyotrip (the service provider). If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our website or services.
1. Services Offered
Voyotrip offers a comprehensive range of travel and leisure services, including but not limited to:
- International and National Tour Packages
- MICE (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, and Exhibitions) Planning
- Luxury Cruise Bookings
- Honeymoon and Leisure Packages
- Spiritual and Pilgrimage Tours
- Custom and Group Travel Planning
All services are subject to availability, applicable terms, and pricing at the time of booking.
2. Booking & Confirmation
Your information is used solely to enhance your experience and deliver our services effectively:
- All bookings are confirmed only upon receipt of the required advance payment as communicated at the time of enquiry or quotation
- A booking confirmation will be sent to your registered email address upon successful payment
- It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that all personal details provided at the time of booking are accurate and complete
- Voyotrip reserves the right to modify or cancel bookings in the event of unforeseen circumstances, force majeure, or supplier-side changes, with prior notice to the customer
All services are subject to availability, applicable terms, and pricing at the time of booking.
3. Payment Terms
- Payments can be made via bank transfer, UPI, credit/debit card, or other modes as specified during the booking process
- Full payment must be completed as per the schedule communicated for each package or service
- All prices are quoted in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise stated
- GST and applicable taxes will be charged as per government regulations
- Voyotrip is not responsible for any exchange rate fluctuations for international payments
4. Cancellation & Refund Policy
Cancellations must be made in writing to [bookings@voyotrip.com]. The following cancellation charges apply:
- More than 30 days before departure: 10% of total package cost
- 15 to 30 days before departure: 25% of total package cost
- 7 to 14 days before departure: 50% of total package cost
- Less than 7 days before departure: 100% of total package cost (no refund)
Refunds (where applicable) will be processed within 10–15 working days from the date of cancellation confirmation. Certain components such as airline tickets, hotel bookings, and visa fees may be non-refundable as per third-party policies.
5. Changes & Amendments
- Any changes to confirmed bookings are subject to availability and may incur additional charges
- Date changes made within 7 days of departure are treated as a cancellation and re-booking, subject to applicable charges
- Voyotrip will make every reasonable effort to accommodate requested changes; however, we cannot guarantee modifications once the booking is confirmed with third-party suppliers
6. Travel Documents & Visa Responsibility
- It is the customer's sole responsibility to ensure they hold valid passports, visas, travel permits, and any other required travel documents
- Voyotrip may provide assistance and guidance on visa applications; however, we do not guarantee visa approval
- Voyotrip will not be held responsible for any denied boarding, entry refusals, or travel disruptions arising from incomplete or invalid documents
7. Travel Insurance
Voyotrip strongly recommends that all travellers obtain comprehensive travel insurance covering medical emergencies, trip cancellation, loss of baggage, and personal liability. Travel insurance is not included in our packages unless explicitly stated.
8. Liability Disclaimer
- Voyotrip acts as an agent and coordinator for airlines, hotels, cruise lines, transport providers, and other third-party service suppliers
- Voyotrip's liability, in any case, shall not exceed the total amount paid for the specific service in question
- We are not liable for any loss, injury, delay, damage, or inconvenience caused by third-party service providers, natural disasters, political unrest, strikes, or any events beyond our reasonable control
9. Code of Conduct
Voyotrip reserves the right to terminate the travel arrangement of any traveller who engages in behaviour that is disruptive, illegal, abusive, or harmful to fellow travellers or service providers. In such cases, no refund will be applicable.
10. Intellectual Property
All content on the Voyotrip website — including text, images, logos, icons, graphics, and brand elements — is the exclusive property of Voyotrip and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws. Reproduction, distribution, or use of any content without prior written permission is strictly prohibited.
11. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in [City, State].
